Bad news, you need to brush again to enjoy the benefits of a clean mouth before bed! Food particles and sugar from your seemingly innocent midnight snack could fuel bacteria in your mouth! P.S. Ideally, you should brush your teeth 30 minutes after food so you don’t risk damaging your enamel….better rethink that cake!
